Does anyone know if Guadeloupe is part of Schegen since it's a French terrritory?

According to Wikipedia, French overseas territories are outside of Schengen: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schengen_Area#Membership

Overseas Departments and Territories of France are not considered part of the Schengen area.
