Mine is not a question...it is a place we have stayed and always enquire about when planning another London adventure! It is Northumberland House at Trafalgar Square. It is part of the London School of Economics and modestly priced. We have had a twin bedded room with closet type bathroom which worked very well for us. Across the hall from our room was a fully equipped kitchen for all the cooking you might want to do. What a money saver!! Save the money for a couple of flings elsewhere...tea at the Savoy is fantastic. Take a look at the LSE but always do so VERY EARLY in your planning! We will be in London for all of September but planned too late to get any LSE property! Good luck to all

Mollie, Someone posted about the LSE several months ago. I looked into the LSE for my trip next this week and booked one near Kings -X just to try. It was a few bucks more than my usual EasyHotel stay, but i wanted to give it a try. Im sure it will be a adequate place to plop my head. the least it will bring back memories of my college dorm days. happy trails.
