Good and economical restaurants in Copenhagen and Helsinki

Does anyone know of good and reasonable restaurants in the cities of Helsinki and Copenhagen in the center of town?

My experience is that in Copenhagen EVERYTHING is expensive.

One Sunday morning I paid the equivalent of USD14.00 for two small glasses of beer.
