If we do a day tour in Bath that ends at 1600hrs, is that not enough time to get to Stratford before late night? So maybe we should stay one more night in Bath and then go to Stratford next day. Is one day in Stratford enough to enjoy it? What's the best way to go about getting to Stratford Upon Avon from Bath?

Yes, if you are traveling in summer, there will still be tons of daylight left after Bath. Personally, I think one day is enough for Stratford, depending on how much you want to do in terms of watching plays, etc. Most of Stratford looked (at least to me) more on the modern side compared to some of the other villages in the Cotswolds. However, seeing all the Shakespeare related sites are well worth a day!
