I am a 61 year old female. I have a problem sometimes so that when I travel I wear disposable underwear or absorbant pantiliners just to be safe. My question is can I buy these things over there so I do not have to load my luggage down? I plan to travel mid July to mid August. Thanks, Kay

Anything you need in America is available there. In the UK, find a Boots or Superdrug.

In the UK you can get them in Boots, Superdrug and many supermarkets. Tena is probably the most well-known range here, but my mother who also has these problems has been trying out the own-brands that most of these shops stock (she seems quite impressed with them all so far).
