Finding a Room in Armagh N. Ireland?

Armagh is a small, 16K pop., town SW of Belfast about 40-60 miles. I plan to go there in mid-September for a conference of maybe 200 people, probably lower. Any suggestions on finding a room either now or when I arrive? From here, I would probably wait until August to book a room.

In September it shouldn't be a problem finding a room at a B&B - they are everywhere.
