Just pricing out all our train travel and trying to decide upon a rail pass or point-to-point. So far the point-to-point is still cheaper. Wondering if anyone has experience with using the Friends & Family Railcard. Looks like a good deal to save some $$. US residents can only purchase in UK at stations. http://www.familyandfriends-railcard.co.uk/ We are traveling with 2 adults and 2 children 4 (which is free) and 9.
