I'd really like to hear if there are any suggestions for a reasonably priced, well-located b&b in London for parents and 2 teens? We'd prefer a quad/family room and good access to the major attractions.

Check out the Limetree Hotel, it has quad rooms, located close to Victoria Station and is within walking distance to Buckingham Palace. The price includes a full English breakfast. The website is; www.limetreehotel.co.uk , it's highly recommended in Rick's London book.

We really liked Norfolk Court & St, David's Hotel http://www.stdavidshotels.com. It's nothing fancy, but it was clean, with a good breakfast, and a very friendly staff. It's a few minute walk from Paddington Station.
