We stayed at the Elizabeth House in London and loved it. I saved some money by booking one of the rooms with a private toilet outside the bedroom (but with a sink and shower in the room). It was literally next door and saved me about 15 pounds a night or something. It was also very quiet since it was effectively in the basement and there was not another room right next to it. Very close to Victoria Station.
