Edinburgh B&B still in existence?

We have an older Rick Steve's book that recommends the Millfield B&B in Edinburgh. I tried to phone but the number isn't working.(0131/667-4428) Anyone know if the place is still in existence or not?

Sarah,

It doesn't look promising. The last tripadvisor review was in 2007. I think I'd look for a plan B. I just booked into The Walton, which is in New Town. For my summer trip.
