What is the cheapest way from Denmark to Norway. The most direct seems to be Hirtshals - Kristiansand. The internet prices seem high, 680 Euro for 5 plus car. Would it be worth it to drive though Sweden (might be fun?) at least one way. Are there tolls to get across bridges to Sweden and how much? We have a week in Norway.

You've apparently already done some research on the ferry from Denmark to Norway. Here's a site listing tolls across the Oresund Bridge:

You can use Google Maps to plan a driving trip from Copenhagen across the Oresund Bridge and through Sweden to Norway. A driving trip starting in Copenhagen and ending in Oslo takes about 7 hours according to Google Maps. There are other tolls to pay along the way.
