My friends and I will be arriving in Galway after the TI's have closed and we want to take the 9A bus the next day on Queen Street to Rossaveel. Will we be able to purchase our tickets on the bus and have time to buy ferry tickets to catch the 10:30 boat?

You should be able to purchase your tickets online ahead of time, then pick them up before you board the bus. I would contact the ferry company to confirm. You can find their info at www.aranislandferries.com.
FYI, Dun Aenghus is an old fort on the island of Inis Mor, which is the largest of the Aran Islands. You'll want to tell the company that you want to go to Inis Mor.
