I have several questions--been searching on internet for 4 days now and am more confused than anything and have gotten now where.
Anyway I need help on where to stay in Dublin, my daughter is studying there now and we want to visit on June 27-29 and then onto Zurich by plane then to Interlaken June29-july 1 then onto Frankfurt Germany July 2-6.
I need help on a hotel or b&b in Dublin and Interlaken and also near Frankfurt.
We are taking a train from Zurich to Interlaken can someone tell me which one is best and less expensive--point to point(?)
Then from Interlaken to Frankfurt do we go into Frankfurt or to Mainz on the train and can we pick up a car at the train station?

Last summer I flew from Dublin to Geneva and took the train to Zurick for my flight back to the US. I didn't find any great deals in Dublin for hotels but I had a great time. I suggest looking up
I would also suggest making an appt for a consulation with one of Rick Steves agents. They helped me plan out my trip last year and it was well worth the money.

Try Glen Guesthouse on Gardiner St. in Dublin. It is a couple of blocks off of O'Connell St., behind the Custom House, and is in walking distance of Trinity College and Temple Bar.
