Dublin Pass

Has anyone had any experience with the Dublin Pass? I will be spending 6 days in Dublin over the St. Patrick's Day holiday and wonder if the pass is worth the $$

Pat,

I didn't get it when I went. You should look at what's covered and what you're likely to visit, and see if you'll be likely to reimburse the fee. Most likely you won't.

I did find the Heritage Pass to be a great value. If you'll visit enough of the Heritage sites in Dublin, it may be a money and a time saver even though you won't be traveling outside of Dublin.

Thanks for your reply Michael. I had not consider the Heritage Pass, but will look into it. Thanks again!

Hi Pat,

my experience with these passes in general is that they save you a lot of hassle and time - no need to buy separate tickets, often you get to skip lines etc.

But in most cases, people don't have enough time to do all that you could do with it. So the value for money is up to you. You can order it on dublinpass.ie in euros or sites like isango.com in USD.
