Need advice. We are arriving one day earlier than the 1st day of our 14-day Ireland tour. I've contacted the hotel listed as the starting hotel and have been told they have no availability. Even told them we would be with the Rick Steve's group the next day.
Any suggestions for a moderately priced place close to Buswells? Really don't want to stay in the suburbs.

Bob here's a little trick. Use Google maps (satellite view is best) and type in the address of the Buswells hotel. When the map appears click on the A and you'll see an information rectangle that gives the name of the hotel, the address and also shows categories directions, search near by and map. Click on search nearby and type in hotels. Hit enter and you'll discover which hotels are close to Buswells. Use the zoom on the left to see exactly how close. Will also tell you prices. Seems the closest to the Buswells price is the Trintiy Lodge Hotel. Few blocks away. A bit further away is the O'Callaghans Stephen's Green Hotel. Check out Tripadvisor reviews to see if these options are where you'd like to stay.
