Hi all!
We are taking my dad to Ireland for his first trip abroad, at the age of 76. We are traveling in May, a family of 5: me, husband, 2 sons in their 20s, and my dad. Any recommendations for a centrally located but quiet hotel with double and triple rooms? Thanks!
If you are looking for a nice, but inexpensive hotel in Dublin, I always stay at the Buswells Hotel. It is in a great location - just a 2 minutes walk to Grafton Street (shopping and restaurants) and about 2 minutes to Trinity College (Book of Kells). It's a 3 star hotel which I would say the rating is correct. There is also a pub (which has a nice atmosphere and food available) and a restaurant. They do have double and triple rooms. When I was there last in July - it was quiet.
Thank you, Jody. that sounds perfect!
