Dublin Guidebooks

Can someone recommend a good guidebook for Dublin? I like nightlife and music stop recommendations, as well as a healthy dose of historical landmarks. I'll be there about 4 days and don't want to miss any must-see's!

I'm preparing for a trip myself, and I enjoyed the Lonely Planet Dublin book. Have you checked out Rick Steves' Ireland book? It has a section on Dublin as well.

Time Out Dublin or Lonely Planet Dublin might be good bets.

Ron, go to www.visitdublin.com and they have a few small books for sale as well as lots of info on Dublin. The Eye Witness book on Dublin is just taken out of the Eye Witness book on Ireland. It is a very nice book, but heavy to carry. Try buying "Top Visitor Attractions and Tours 2007". Enjoy your trip. Linda

If you're going to see more of Ireland than just Dublin, get the Lonely Planet Ireland guidebook. It has a large section on Dublin which is more thorough than the Dublin section in the Rick Steves Ireland guidebook.
