I bet if you check the Buswell's website, you will find directions from the airport, including the various transportation options.

I just stayed at Buswells a few months ago. The taxi for 2 on a Thursday cost right at 30 euros one way. Hope this helps.

If you're packing light and are willing to schlepp your luggage a few blocks, take the Aircoach express bus from the airport to the Grafton Street/Trinity College stop and walk to the hotel from there. If you book online, you can get a fare of €9.00.
