I would like to see Drottingham. It opens at 10, and I was wondering if I got there early, if I could walk around somewhere pretty....gardens or...? I would be taking the Tbahn/bus there, since the boat doesn't leave Stockholm until 10....but I'll take the boat back to Stockholm, for the view. Thanks!

There's no advantage to arriving before opening time, crowds usually aren't a problem. Going to the palace via the Tbahn and back to the city via boat is a good idea. The scenery from the Tbahn is also surprisingly pretty. The only thing that disappointed me was the Chinese Pavilion; IMO not worth the extra money.
