Driving From Kalmar, Sweden to Oslo, Norway Question

Hi. We're driving from Kalmar to Oslo and we're looking for a "half way" point to stop and spend the night. Hopefully with some point of interest or a great setting. Any suggestions? Also, if you have a route to recommend that would be great too.
