What is the distance between the train station at Calais Ville, France and the P&O Ferry at Calais? I'm wondering if we need transportation or is it a short walk?

What is the distance between the train station at Calais Ville, France and the P&O Ferry at Calais? I'm wondering if we need transportation or is it a short walk?
Last time I did that trip there was a local bus service that stopped right outside the SNCF station. You would not want to walk that! Boulogne is really the only French channel port where the ships dock "in town". Roger
