For those of you who have travelled by car from Killarney to Limerick, is it feasible to do the Dingle loop as part of a day trip from Killarney to Limerick? Thanks for your help.

Depending on the time of year, you can do the Dingle peninsula in 3-4 hours. The problem is you'll want to stop every 500 feet to take another amazing photo, so it could take longer. I was there in late Sept. last year and was the only one on the road for quite a bit of it.

We love Dingle pensinula but we have been so lucky as we had bright, sunny days. If the weather is foggy,dreary, not so sure how much you would enjoy it. If weather is so bad, might skip it, in my opinion. We are going back in October and hoping for the best. Whatever you do in Ireland, it will be great.
