Dingle area accommodations

Where is a nice place to stay in the Dingle area for 2 nights in Aug? My husband and I will be traveling with our 4 teenagers so will need 3 rooms. Not real small B&B type people and would prefer 4 star accommodations. Any suggestions?

The Greenmount is lovely and within easy walking distance to town.

Not too familiar with Dingle but I did find these that might be worth checking out.

Hello Andrea. We're currently in Galway - arrived from Dingle yesterday. I can completely recommend the Emlaugh Lodge. It is different from the Emlaugh House - they are both located in the Emlaugh section of Dingle. Maggie owns and operates the Emlaugh Lodge and did a great job. We had a beautiful waterfrom view of Dingle bay - it was majestic. enjoy your visit.

I love the Greenmount. It's a B&B but it has sophisticated decor and pretty luxurious accomodations. The rooms and baths are very well equiped. The owners are very reserved, so you will have no problem with privacy if that is a concern. The breakfasts are excellent, and they have beautiful views. It's an easy walk into town -- 5 minutes tops. It's all up hill on the way back though. (Not a problem if you're from Pittsburgh!)
