My wife and I will be in Copenhagen in the middle of July and 1st of August.
Since both my wife and I grew up on beaches in California, I'm thinking it would be nice to train up to Helsingor for awhile in the morning, then catch another train to the North Zealand coast (assuming we have a nice day).
Any recommendations for beaches that are both nice (soft sand and maybe protected from strong winds) and easy to get to via public transportation?
