Daytrips in Ireland

Two of us will be in Dublin from Aug 13-19 and we want to take a few daytrips while we are there. Is it really necessary to make reservations for trips to Wicklow, Waterford, Newgrange etc ,well in advance? Or are there sufficient good tour companies to meet the demands in August?

Randall, It definitely is better to book in advance at that time of the year. You may be able to take a trip but not on the day you want or where you want.
