A friend and I are doing a 24hr london tour that begins at Victoria Coach Stn, and didn't want to spend the extra time and $$ to drop our stuff off at our accomodations before hand.
Are there lockers to use for the day in that area?

I don't believe they have lockers, but they have a left luggage station where you can check your bags by the hour or for the whole day.

We just got back on Monday from our trip, and yes there are "left baggage" places at the train terminals. The problem was that they charged a per bag fee. Since we hadn't checked into the hotel and there were 3 of us, that would have blown a day's budget just to be able to do this. I think it was like five pounds per bag. Hope this helps.

Victoria Coach Station has left luggage facilities. Check here:

Several years ago we spent far too much time looking for Victoria Coach Station, and every other person we asked was also a tourist and couldn't direct us. We ourselves were even asked for directions! Look up Victoria Coach Station on an online map before you go (try Google maps). Victoria Coach Station is not the same as the Victoria Railway Station, although they're not far from each other.
