Was looking for a day tour of the Normandy beaches and museums. TripAdvisor had a few blogs that the highly recommended Battlebus tour company is out of business. Does anyone know if this is the case or have a recommendation for another good tour? Thank you!

At least two of the former Battlebus guides have their own companies: I took a two day Battlebus tour with Dale Booth and thought he was a fabulous guide. It looks like he just does private tours now. His website is: www.daleboothnormandytours.com However, the former owner of Battlebus (Paul Woodage) does do group tours. His website is:

Jane, As the previous reply indicated, BattleBus is not "out of business" but rather operating under a different name and slightly different business model. Some of the Guides are now operating their own D-Day tours, and others are working for other tour companies in that area.
