Does anyone know anything about these accomodations? Is this near the Cutty Sark station? The price is certainly tempting but we normally like to stay in Central London. Traveling with 4 teenagers this time, we need to conserve on where we stay and save monies for food, entertainment, etc... We're open and would love any other suggestions of places to stay.

They certainly sound gold-plated in their self-serving bumf. I know nothing about them but I am always cautious of places with one review.

I would be wary of planning to stay at an apartment that you cannot find out much about. Also, some areas of Greenwich are unsafe for tourists.I recommend YHA hostel on Euston St., located across the street from King's Cross/St Pancras train station. You cannot beat their prices and convenient location.
