Hello, I am traveling to the UK this October with my family. One of the cottages we booked was through cottages4you.co.uk. They required a deposit which we paid back in April and received confirmation. Today was our due date for the balance. We have been trying to pay this online but keep getting the "sorry unable to process your payment at this time please call...." We've called the number they listed but get "unable to complete as dialed or number has been disconnected." I'm assuming things will be alright and I'll try calling their main office during office hours first thing Monday morning. But I'm just wondering if anyone else has had these problems with this booking agency. Just looking for a little reassurance. Thanks,

I don't know this company, but according to their website they are part of Hoseasons, which is a large U.K. holiday company. What phone number are you dialling? The number prominent on their website is for U.K. use only. The number for international use is 00 44 1282 847887, but you should probably call during U.K. business hours.
