My husband and I would love to rent a cottage in the Cotswolds in September this year or perhaps in 2012 for two weeks. Anyone have recommendations on how we would go about finding a good place?

Haven't used this site but have read that it is a good source
https://www.ruralretreats.co.uk. Couldn't convince the people I was traveling with that it was an alternative to a B&B or hotel.

Someone on another travel forum stayed at Broad Oak Cottage near Stow on Wold and really liked it. It looks great and I hope to stay there on the next trip. Very convenient to the village and there is a large Tesco there for self catering needs. Just google and you can get info.
