Cotswold Tours

My wife and I are looking for a good supported independent walking tour company in the Cotswolds - The Cotswold Way, England. One that makes hotel/B and B reservations, takes your luggage to the next nite's stay, and then lets you walk at your own pace - alone. Also, is there a part of the Cotswolds that is better than others? We are considering the northern portion for a 6 or 7 day walk. Thanks. Tom

I suggest that you google walking tours in England or something similar. I know that I have seen such websites just don't remember the nameas. Walking is VERY big in the UK.

We ran into a group who were doing what you want in the Lake District. They were spending the night in the place where we were staying and their bags were taken away as they started their day's walk after breakfast. The Cotswolds is such a beautiful area. We did a day of walking between Stow-on-the Wold and the Upper and Lower Slaugters from our Bed and Breakfast in Stow. A google search will come up with ideas for you too. Go to www.google.com and type in the search area - walking tours of the Cotswolds.

Both contours and sherpa van (both on the web) do the Cotswolds way. Both have a guided/ self guided option. Also try HF Holidays.
