Copenhagen - Pier 245

I am traveling to Copenhagen in June. I need to access the excellent walking tour displayed in Rick's Scandanavia travel book. From Pier 245 Flex Terminal,where do I walk to access any part of the walking tour (Start - Tivoli Gardens, End - Amalienborg Palace). I've surfed the net without success. Thanks!
