Has anyone tried Cars 4 Hire? They SEEM to cover all damage to a rental car. Sounds cheaper than what the rental agencies charge.

I have actually used it(Cars4Hire) myself,but, thankfully, have not had a claim. And, yes,my credit cards have no cdw in Ireland. I'll probably go with them again. Just was looking for someone with any experience on claims. Thanks.

Please check with your credit card. I think its fairly standard practice for VISA and MC to cover rental car insurance if you waive the CDW. I have also read that there are some countries where CDW is mandatory.
And of course, nothing is free.

There are very,very, few credit card companies that will provide car insurance coverage in Ireland. If yours says they will get it in writing.
Sorry but I can't help with Cars 4 Hire. I have seen it mentioned several times but don't know of anyone who has actually used it.

Sorry to say I really goofed. I should have inquired about INSURANCE4CARHIRE. As I mentioned earlier, I have purchased their coverage and/but luckily haven't had to collect. (The cars4hire is a rental company.) Just wondering if anyone had had an accident(or even a flat tire) and collected from them.
