Churchill's Grave

What would be the easiest way to get from Oxford to Bladon using public transportation?

Danny, I am assuming that you know that Churchills grave is exactly that. It is just an ordinary grave stone in a backwater of a churchyard. Very moving - no pomp and circumstance - but would hate you to be disappointed. I hope you will also carry on and visit his ancestral home at Blenheim, which can be reached on foot from Bladon.

I agree with Shoni, go to Blenheim, and visit Belnheim Palace. It's amazing.
And if my memory is correct, Churchill was born there.

We just visited Churchill's family home (of 40+ years) in East Sussex/Kent area. The National Trust property is called "Chartwell". It's a lovely house preserved as he left it, and also have beautiful gardens. It was a very nice place to visit.
