We are traveling by train from bath to the windsor eton train station. Our hotel is the marriot windsor because we take off the next morning at heathrow. But it makes no sense to go the the marriot, check in and head back to see the castle. Makes more sense just to check our two carry on bags or put them in lockers or whatever and then see castle, then retrieve them and cab to hotel. But is any such service available? Does anyone know? Thanks.

Sorry, there is no luggage hold service/lockers at either train station in Windsor.

Since Michael says there is no left luggage at Windsor, find a hotel nearby and ask the concierge to hold it for you. The small fee will be less than your other options.

Ye Harte & Garter hotel is a three minute walk from the train station. It's across the street from the castle.
