Actually, these aren't that cheap but were the cheapest we could find--and delicious too.
Fish and Chips at the fish market. One large piece of fish and chips (fries) were 110 NOK. Very tasty.

Eat a hearty breakfast at your hotel which will probably include tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. Buy some fruit at the fish market for during the day.
Bergen is very pricey with the weak US dollar but still a lovely place to visit.
