Three of us will be spending six nights in London in September, and Bloomsbury sounds like a good base. I've read mixed reviews of Mentone Hotel, but in particular, I'm not sure I'd like to get a basement room. The Celtic sounds good, but their website goes directly to St Margaret's (closed). I know it's owned by the same people, but is it the same contact information?
