Does anyone have any information on the Celtic Hotel in London? It was recommended by someone else on this site and has good reviews, but I can not find the website for it (the one that Google lists takes me to a newsletter for the area). Does anyone know where I can check availability or make reservations online?

I seem to recall that the Celtic Hotel and St. Margaret's Hotel are affiliated. I think the Celtic is owned by the people who previously owned the St. Margaret's. The website for the St. Margaret's says they have moved a short distance and that the website is under construction. Hi - We stayed at the Celtic in the summer of 2010 and were very happy with it. I remember that to make reservations we had to telephone - can't do it via a website. It was boiling hot when we were there and it is not air-conditioned but they gave us 2 fans and we were fine. The breakfasts were fabulous and the staff very nice. It's close to the British Museum and also to a tube stop. We were very pleased and would go there again. We did not have a private bath but the hall bath was just outside our room and we almost never saw anyone else using it. The rate was great for London. Good luck! Julia
