Can anyone recommend a good castle stay in either England or Ireland. Would be travelling in late July of next year. Thank you.

We spent two nights at Ballynahinch Castle Hotel this April. It has a pretty situation on a river in western Connemara. Both Roundstone and Clifden are nearby. The room and the food were lovely and the hotel is not at all "snooty."
