I will be visiting London with my 18 month old this April, I was wondering if anyone knows if a carseat is required in a taxi? If not, does anyone know who I would contact to find out?

This was discussed at length on here before. No, they arent required (nor provided), not even in America. Car seats are not required for licensed commercial vehicles. At 18 months old you should be able to use a seat belt at least!!
