There are lots of recent posts here regarding rental companies in Ireland, and you will find lots of good suggestions there. I go with whoever I find the best deal with, then I keep watching the listings to see if I find a better deal before my trip. Most rental companies don't charge for cancellations. so it's easy to change at the last minute if you find something better.
