Are there any car rental companies in the UK which will rent to 20 year olds?

Carol, Rentals for a 20-year old are doubtful, but there may be a few rental firms that provide service for younger renters. You may be interested to read this notation from the Hertz UK website (referring to their lowest cost vehicles): "Minimum age is 25 years old
Can be rented from 23 years old on payment of a young driver surcharge in the amount of GBP 18.90 (including tax) per day with a maximum charge of GBP 189.00 (including tax) per rental." I had a look at the Auto Europe UK website but wasn't able to find any age-related information for rentals. You might send them an E-mail to determine their policy. Good luck and happy travels!
