We are traveling to Ireland this summer for two weeks with a total of 7 family members. We have reserved a 9-seater minivan (VW Caravelle or similar) to fit us and our luggage, but I'm now wondering if this is smart given the narrow size of the roads and tight corners. Our itinerary includes towns/sights such as Cliffs of Mohr, Dingle/Dingle Peninsula, Trim, Kilkenny, etc. We could also rent two cars, but this splits up the family and then two of us have to endure the stress of driving on the left. The van is not cheap -- don't know how two cars would compare. Any advice? Thanks!
