Can teens attend British pub quiz nights?

We are planning our first trip to London this summer. I think attending a pub quiz night would be great fun. My older children are 23 and 20 years old. But I also have a 16 year old. Could she attend quiz night too? Do the age limits change from one establishment to another?

The law says that sixteen year olds are allowed in pubs as long as they don't drink or buy alcohol, but some pubs choose to have strict 18 only policies. If she can look older she'll probably get away with it if she doesn't draw attention to herself.
