Bus Tours in Ireland

Hello, We are traveling to Ireland this spring. We are talking about doing a bus tour to the Cliffs of Moher and Blarney. We have kids ages 5,7,12 . I was wondering if any one company was more family friendly. I am looking at Paddywagon right now. Thanks!

Which side of the country are you landing on? How long is your trip? Are you looking for day trips from one or two cities or a tour that covers a larger number of areas?

Shannon, Paddywagon would probably be a good choice, although booking a private tour with them might be the best idea for your group. I'll likely be speaking with one of the Paddywagon Senior Guides in the next few days, so will try and remember to ask him what he recommends for a family group. Cheers!

We are looking for a day trip or two. We will be in country for 7 days based 10 minutes outside of Dublin on the coast. : ) Ken - that would be great if you could do that for me. I did not know you could book private tours. It will just be the five of us. Thank you both!

Shannon, I had a short chat with the Paddywagon Guide late this afternoon, and briefly described the type of tour you want. He suggested sending an E-mail to [email protected], and provide them with a list of what you're looking for. I hope to have more time to speak with him sometime tomorrow, perhaps in the local Irish Pub here in Edmonds. I'll pass along any additional suggestions that he has.

Shannon, I saw the Guide briefly this morning, but I'll probably have more time to speak with him later today, and definitely tomorrow. I'll mention that no one has yet replied to your E-mail (this is the "slow season" so perhaps they're not in the office every day). Slàinte!

Thank you so much for your help! I emailed them a few days ago and I have not heard anything back. I will email them again and hopefully they will reply again! : )
