I am going to buy a BritRail flexible 8-day pass for my trip to England/Scotland in June, 2012. I know that it's valid for 6 months. Is that 6 months from the date of purchase or 6 months from the first day I use it or 6 months from 1st day in England? Thanks, Fran

Fran, you have 6 months from the day you purchase your pass to begin using it; then two months to use 8 days of train travel with the BritRail Flexipass.
