I'm trying to decide whether to spend four days in Bristol or not. What are the big draws to this city? Music, restaurants, sites, people, accessibility, anything helps! Thanks!

Without trying to have too much of a go at the city. Basically the draws are that it is near Bath, has an airport, and a pretty nice Ikea :)
I haven't visited, however at the same time I haven't heard anything to make me want to visit either. 4 days sounds like a lot to me unless you have family/friends/intend to commute elsewhere during the day.
Bristol is a nice large city. We were there a few years ago for a day but I would not think that is would warrant more than a day or two.
I love Bristol, but I'm possibly looking at it more as a place to live in than visit. I personally think it is more vibrant and cosmopolitan than Bath, but I can understand why people would rather visit Bath. The things I like about Bristol are the beautiful cathedral, the museum (which is a rather eccentric little place), the SS Great Britain and the Georgian House. It's also got some wonderful restaurants, a thriving cinema/theatre/music scene and is great for people-watching. I used to live near Bristol and used to just like to hang out around the harbourside area or in Clifton village. There is a lot of history there, although unfortunately a lot of it is to do with the slave trade. The mysterious Banksy comes from Bristol and you can try and spot his artworks as you walk around the city.
I'm not sure you would need 4 days. If you are wanting to just go and visit attractions and see sites I am not sure I would bother with Bristol. But if you just want to chill and maybe go to some gigs I would recommend it.
You asked about accessibility. If you are asking that because of some health problem or disability bear in mind that Bristol has a lot of hilly bits.
