We're planning a bicycle trip in Ireland for next summer. We've kinda decided on western Ireland, around Galway, but are still wondering if we want to just rent bikes and go on our own, or do a "self guided tour" or buy a full guided tour. Does anyone have any experience or ideas they can share?
