We have used the original and it was great. I don't think there is much difference other than the route and stops vary a bit. Pick the one that appeals to you. The tickets are good for 24 hours so buy early PM for two good half days.

I posted a reply and it hasn't appeared, so I will try again. I've used both several times, and I have found that the Big Bus tours are more accurate and just more entertaining and fun. Hope that helps!

Both are great. Just go with whoever is offering the most routes that day. Also - ask about any specials. They do run free Thames cruises, 1/2 price admissions, skip the line tickets, etc that vary day to day.
I've never been disappointed with ever. Like the Big Bus tour, the narrative is kind of cheeky. :)
