We're renting a car in Dublin and driving to Kilkenny -- picking up on a Sunday morning and returning on a Tuesday afternoon. Is pickup/dropoff easier at the Dublin City Center location or at the airport? We won't be using the car in Dublin, just getting it when we're through sightseeing in Dublin (we're staying in Christchurch area). Thanks!

Usually, but not always, picking up a car at the airport incurs extra expenses. I would price both in-town and airport fees. One problem is that the in-town rental might be closed on Sunday. If you do decide on renting at the airport, remember to factor in bus or cab fare from and to the airport.
